MQX West takes place at: Oregon Convention Center (OCC) 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Portland, OR 97232
Travel Information:
Air Travel: US and International attendees flying to MQX should fly into the Portland International Airport (PDX). The distance to the convention center is approximately 10 miles. The airport has extensive information on ground transportation…… rental cars, taxi service, etc. www.portofportland.com/PDX_Grnd_Trnsprtn.aspx
Light Rail: Portland has a wonderful light rail system, called MAX, which goes from the Airport throughout the downtown area for the nominal fee of $2.35. The Oregon Convention Center has its own stop with the ride from the airport taking approximately 30 minutes. Luggage is easily rolled onto the train. Car Travel: Those traveling by car to MQX West should use a GPS if possible. Like traveling to any city for the first time, it can be a bit confusing. For non-GPS folks, please visit www.oregoncc.org/directionsandparking/directions/ for directions and maps.
Parking: The OCC has its own parking garage and the maximum daily rate is $9 with spaces on two garage levels. On-street parking is also available. www.oregoncc.org/directionsandparking/parking/ This link also provides a downloadable map for parking garage entrances and the light rail station.

Hotels: There are no hotels directly connected with the convention center. The Red Lion is located across the street from the convention center.
