The Final PreShow Update!

flower gardenSpring?
Who has time to check if it's spring??? We're a bit busy getting ready for the biggest and best machine quilting show this industry has to offer! Come see for yourself!

The Westin Hotel has informed us of some new things they've added just for MQX.

Free Coffee Break Breakfast - mini muffins and coffee every morning from 6:30 to 9:30 am in the Stateside Suite which is located just off the front lobby rotunda.

Internet Service is free in all MQX guest rooms. In addition, there will be an Internet Cafe, also located in the Stateside Suite.

Parking - ALL registered guests in the MQX block will receive discounted parking passes of $15/day. An unfortunate consequence of being in the city is the somewhat limited and pricy parking. This new rate is almost half of their normal parking fee and you may self park or use the valet...... the price is the same. When registering, please remind the front desk that you are with MQX and upon departure, always check your final bill.

A Few Left - Despite an apparent computer glitch yesterday (with central reservations saying that the block was sold out), there are still a few rooms left in the MQX block at the Westin. The Hilton room block is sold out.

Reservations - Remember to make your hotel reservations directly with the Westin Providence to be certain to get the MQX rate. Call direct: 401-598-8000.

We'll leave the light on for ya!

MQX online class registration is always available - 24/7.

We are very much looking forward to connecting with friends old and new. Please remember that we are a close knit family with room for many. The connection we share is simple, it's quilting! The lasting bond, as they say, is priceless.

See you next week!
