Did you know that the first 'get together' was in Janet-Lee's living room?
Yup, April 15, 2000 was the first time. Not yet MQX, it all began as a get together for 48 machine quilters.
Did you know that Janet-Lee and Mary didn't know each other?
A brief meeting in the summer of '99 in a class with Linda Taylor at the local dealer's studio. Who knew that we would end up best friends and creating MQX from nothing. Neither one of us had ever worked at a quilt show.

Sign up anytime up until 7 am on the day of the class or event. We have hired an amazing list of faculty. Sign up today! There's piecing, machine quilting (longarm and regular sewing machine), EQ7/8, Art & Stitch Software, templates, IntelliQuilter, fabric dyeing, drawing/quilt design, fusible applique, and computerized cutting machines.
Registered students will be able to download their student packet starting at 12:01 am on September 4th. Log into your account using the email address and password you signed up for classes with.
