Let’s have some fun with your straight ruler and a pre-printed panel. Using a panel is a great exercise to become proficient with your ruler. You can either design how you’d like to quilt your panel, using a photocopy provided, or, quilt as suggested by my sample. You will learn how to maneuver your ruler efficiently and how to outline shapes precisely. You can even add background fills to complete your piece.
